This was another one of my local alleys growing up in Southfield. I probably went here more than any other. It appears on the historical aerial photo by 1957 and disappears by 1999. The mentions in the newspaper end in the late 1980's. It started out as Star Lanes, but in 1969 it merged with Ark Lanes in Warren and was known as Ark Lanes West thereafter. The site is now occupied by an office building and hotel.
