The Wilson Theatre opened in December 1928. It was renamed Music Hall in the forties during the residency of the Detroit Symphony Orchestra. It is located on Madison Ave. and still presents about performances a year. I am guessing that Gowns by Irving was on Washington Blvd, rather than a second Wilson Theatre.
